All in good time

I have been scrapbooking for a long time now, at least ten years, and have amassed a wealth of memories in albums. My initial focus was the lives of my three children from birth to present, then I progressed to my own life, my father's life, family history, our wedding and scrapping day to day life from our digital photo collection. But there were still boxes of photos patiently waiting their turn.

Photos (pre digital mainly) of family events and activities, pets, extended family, places visited and people we knew: hundreds (or more?) photos stripped from deadly magnetic albums and corralled in photos boxes.

Their time has come. It is time to bring them out of the cupboard and into albums. This will be a long and ongoing project and like all my scrapping will be randomly selected on a whim when I want to scrap!

And here is the first result! My niece is now nearly 14, but I always knew I wanted to scrap this series of photos from her first birthday party!
